  Both heads are made in Japan. 

  Epson DX7heads with 3.5pl in dot, working speed lower, but high resolution for advertising and signage

•  printing mostly,and it can print CMYKWV with 2 or 4 heads.

  SPT1020 heads with 35pl in dot, working speed fast and bright color printing for industrial production for 

• decoration industry and glass industry. For example, ceramic tile wall, glass slider door for bathroom etc

•  And it can print CMYK LC LM W V with 8 heads, one head one color. 

   

  What is the payment terms?

  The payment terms is FOB/EX-Works, CFR, CIF destination by sea.Or other ports negotiable.

  T/T 30% down payment for production,T/T 70% before shippment.

  Where can I get the inks?

  You could order the inks from us, we have all the inks in the stock and we can deliver the inks by 

  express directly to you.

  Is there any guarantee for this printer?

  Yes, we have guarantee for the printer. We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts

   including the main board,driver board, control board,motor, etc.But there is no warranty

   for wearing parts like ink pump, printhead, ink filter, and slide block since they are consumables.

   

  How can I install and start to use the printer?

  At first, you should read the users' manual to understand the machine and watch the video. After

   you get the machine, our technician will teach you how to install and use machine by remote control via Teamviewer or Skype. Whenever you have questions to the

   machine, you can contact our technician or me.

   

  Can I get supplies and wearing parts from you?

  Yes, we provide all the wearing parts for our printers always and they are in stock.

   

  How will you achieve the warranty?

  If any electronics or a mechanical part is confirmed to be broken, MANTIS should send the new part within 48hours by express like TNT, DHL, FEDEX .etc to the buyer. 

  And the shipping cost should be born by the buyer.

   

  What kinds of materials need premier before printing?

  Glass, ceramic, metal, acrylic, marble etc.

   

  What's the print process by this printer?

  Design the artwork by Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator or other software. 

  Import the design on RIP software, printing setting, and click “print” and save as prn format file. 

  Import the prn format file to the Printexp software for printing. 

   

  What is your RIP?

  The RIP is Ultraprint
